Group Wizard

The Group Wizard is accessible through the wizard tool button at the right-top of the application window. It allows you to easily create a new group or modify an existing group.

You can also rename an existing group by following these steps:
  1. Click Modify an existing group;
  2. Select the group you want to rename;
  3. Enter the new name of the group and click Next;

This brings you to the second page of the group wizard, in which you can decide whether the group shall become the child of another group.

More complex group relationship can be defined by making a tree of groups. The significance is in rule matching - when a connection does not match any rule in the group that the user belongs to, the rules in its parent group are searched. The process recurses all the way up to the top level groups - i.e. groups without any parent.

After the parent group is defined, you can click Finish. This brings you to the final confirmation page as shown below:
